PHOENIX RISING
Phoenix Rising returns as a 21-day experience, a space to slow down, deepen, and build the capacity to live what you already know. This Phoenix Rising is an invitation. To return to your heart. To tune into the energetics of this time. To position yourself in a way that contributes to a shift in consciousness rather than unconsciously feeding what is already fading. This is a space for integration. For recognizing patterns you are no longer available for. For becoming more intentional in how you move, choose, and show up. This is where the work becomes lived.

I think we dream so that we don’t have to be apart for so long. If we’re in each other’s dreams, we can be together all the time.

Overview:
This Phoenix Rising gathering feels exactly “on time” for me. As I set myself to go on a pilgrimage from Portugal to Southern Spain during the Holy Week, while my country is going through war, now is the time!
Now is the time to be together, to build together, as practitioners, as professionals, as human beings, as dreamers and weavers, not only for us but for the generations to come.
During this gathering, I will be guiding a 90-minute session on April 29th with my partner in Antaras retreats, Julia Stadler (Holistic Psychotherapist).
“Psychospiritual Health in Times of War”
Held by holistic psychotherapist, Julia Stadler, and shamanic practitioner & medicine woman, Maya Abou Chedid, this container is rooted in embodied experience, archetypal integration and professional responsibility.
In times of war, individuals experience profound mental, emotional, and spiritual upheavals. This workshop is designed to bridge the spiritual with the mental and emotional, offering participants tools and practices to navigate both the inner and outer turbulence.
We are right here, with you, bridging worlds, tending soils, choosing the seeds to plant for the generations to come.
